Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), represented by the Chief Engineer (Power) GB at WAPDA Power Complex in Barotha-Attock, Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement of spare parts for control and instrumentation equipment. The tender reference is OP/ITR-275(L) with project identification PID(L)/26 PRD(L)/WAPDA/003(2026-27). This is a Fixed Cost Supply (FCS) basis procurement with a contract completion period of 120 days from the date of purchase order issuance. The project is located at the WAPDA GB Power Complex in Barotha-Attock, a key facility under the Decade of Dams initiative.
Eligible bidders must be bonafide manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and are listed on the Active Tax payers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). All participating bidders are required to furnish a bid security of Rs. 1,245,000 in the form of a cash deposit receipt (CDR) in favour of the Chief Engineer (Power) GB, WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock, which must be delivered to the office on or before the e-bid closing date and time.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal at epads.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 12-08-2026 at 11:00 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the Conference Room of the Main Office Building, GB Power Complex Colony Barotha-Attock, in the presence of bidders' designated representatives. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.
