Description / Scope of Work
The Office of CMES (Army) GHQ, Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for various miscellaneous repair, maintenance and renovation works at multiple military installations throughout Punjab province. The tender covers a comprehensive scope of works including repairs and maintenance of B&R (Buildings and Roads) works, E&M (Electrical and Mechanical) installations, and specialized facilities such as army auditoriums, general sets, fire fighting pumps, civil sections, security-related structures, and sewerage and tensile shed works at various Defense locations including CLS Secretariat, Law Directorate, HRD Directorate, MS Branch, Movements Office, Engineer Directorate, EME Directorate, and other military cantonments and defense installations. Works are estimated across multiple cost categories and are to be executed in accordance with PPRA Rule 13(1)(2) of 2004. The tender notice includes seventeen distinct work packages (a through q) covering different maintenance categories at different military establishments across multiple defense locations in Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant trade bodies and must possess appropriate licenses for undertaking construction and maintenance works. Bid security and earnest money as per PPRA rules are mandatory. Bidders are required to submit sealed tenders with all supporting documents including technical and financial proposals, experience certificates, and proof of financial capability. Pre-receipt bills in duplicate supported by tear sheets and relevant documentation should be forwarded to CMES (Army) GHQ Rawalpindi.
Tender documents are available from the office of CMES (Army) GHQ Rawalpindi on submission of application with requisite fee. An advance payment of Rs. 15,000 has been deposited in the PPRA Account (HBL, A Block, Pak Secretariat Branch Islamabad) vide Cheque No. D-826513 dated 10 June 2026 and deposit slip No. 61450876 dated 22 June 2026. The notice is to be published in classified columns of leading Urdu newspapers (preferably Jang or Nawa-e-Waqat) and English daily (Rawalpindi/Islamabad).
