Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids for the procurement of human resources services for the Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) Project. The contract covers supply and rendering of HR services for 22 posts including managerial, support and menial staff positions. The estimated contract value is PKR 167,973,000. The procurement is being conducted under a single stage two envelopes national competitive bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA regulations and Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines. The services are required at the place specified by TEVTA, with offices located in Lahore, Punjab.
Prospective bidders must be active taxpayers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and must also hold valid registration certificates from the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of PKR 3,359,460 online through the Punjab e-Procurement System to avoid technical issues. All bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, method of procurement and bid submission procedures are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
Encrypted electronic bids duly completed in conformity with the bidding documents must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 01:30 P.M. on 27-07-2026. E-bids will be opened on the same date at 02:00 P.M. according to the schedule. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their e-bids well before the submission deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
