PAF Base Samungli, Quetta invites sealed quotations from interested, well-reputed and Sales Tax/Income Tax registered firms, suppliers and contractors for the supply of Natural Camouflaging Fund Items, Conservancy Grant Items, Contingency Grant Items, Sports Ground Items, Sports Activities Items, Minor Training Grant Items and Hot Weather Appliances. The contract period is from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 for one year. This is a procurement notice issued by the Personnel Squadron at PAF Base Samungli located in Quetta, Balochistan. Interested bidders must be properly registered with relevant tax authorities and meet the organizational and financial standing requirements. No reference number is specified in this tender notice.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be well-reputed, Sales Tax registered and Income Tax registered firms, suppliers or contractors. Bidders must submit a Bank Draft of Rs. 150,000 as Bid Security; crossed cheques shall not be accepted. The bid shall be accepted provisionally and the final award remains subject to verification of the bidder's financial standing and completion of all organizational formalities. Bid Security of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned in accordance with PPRA Rules. Payment shall be made through crossed cheque after approval by the competent financial authority and deduction of applicable Government taxes.
