Description / Scope of Work
Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement and installation of a 100KW on-grid solar system for the OGDCL Girls Hostel at Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad. This civil works project is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for the renewable energy initiative. The scope includes complete design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the solar photovoltaic system with necessary infrastructure at the university campus in Islamabad, Federal Province.
The bidding process follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope format using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology in compliance with Pakistan's Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
