Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Banda Daud Shah invites sealed electronic bids for eight accelerated sustainable development initiatives funded through the KADP programme for fiscal year 2025-26. The schemes comprise solarization of a mosque and madrassa, rehabilitation and distribution of sports kits across various union councils in PK-97 Karak, installation of solar-powered pressure pumps, distribution of pipe lines, and construction of streets at multiple union councils. Total estimated project value spans approximately Rs. 115 million across all packages, with individual scheme estimates ranging from Rs. 5 million to Rs. 20 million. These development works will be executed across multiple locations within Banda Daud Shah District and the broader Karak region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligible bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council certification at C-6 grade or higher for fiscal year 2026-27, valid local council board enlistment from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the same period, provincial government works department licensure, active federal taxpayer status on the FBR list, current KPRA registration, and copies of CNIC documentation. Bid security at two percent of the estimated cost for each scheme must be submitted as a call deposit receipt in favour of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, with security requirements adjusted based on bid value against engineer estimates. Bidders quoting up to ten percent below estimate submit two percent security; those between ten and twenty percent below must provide additional security equivalent to the differential amount plus two percent of estimate; bids exceeding twenty percent below require eight percent total security and detailed rate analysis.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA EPADs portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk for registered contractors. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADs using the uploading files method by 12:00 hours on 14 September 2026, with physical sealed envelopes also required at the Tehsil Municipal Officer's office within the same deadline. Electronic bid opening will occur simultaneously at 12:30 hours on the same day at the Office of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah. All tender documents must be signed and stamped; documentation including PEC registration, council board certificates, CNIC copies, KPRA registration, and active taxpayer details must be presented at bid opening.
