Government procurement for trout feed supply across four hatcheries/farms in Gilgit district for FY 2026-27.
This is recurring annual procurement under ADP-approved aquaculture development scheme. Scale appears medium—multiple facilities requiring sustained supply suggests volumes in 50-200 tonnes range. Critical requirement: bidders must hold active dealership certificates from national trout feed manufacturers; being a distributor alone is insufficient. Tight deadline (30 July 2026) with same-day bid opening suggests urgent resourcing need.
Who can bid: Bidders must be FBR-registered with attested registration documents and valid dealership certificate from authorized national trout feed manufacturer. Work experience in relevant field must be documented. Typical requirement for government tenders: active NTN, no blacklisting record. Only authorized dealers qualify—spot suppliers excluded.
