Description / Scope of Work
The District Police Officer, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for pre-qualification of contractors for the financial year 2026-27 in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The procurement is for special, petty repair and fortification works at various police stations, police posts and offices across District Khyber in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. This is a C-4 category project requiring pre-qualification of eligible contractors registered with KPPRA and enlisted with the C&W Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Interested bidders must be duly registered with the relevant code and possess updated status as per KPPRA requirements and Pakistan Engineering Council regulations.
Eligible contractors must be registered with KPPRA and have valid updated status with the C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid solicitation documents including detailed scope of work, technical criteria, and bid forms must be downloaded from the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bidders are required to submit both soft and hard copies of their bids through the designated e-procurement system. Hard copy bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked as Technical Bids and delivered via registered courier to the office of the undersigned before the closing deadline.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS (e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System) with both electronic and hard copies before 30-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 2:00 PM, with financial bids opening following approval of technical qualification.
