Description / Scope of Work
The Livestock Research & Development Station Surezai in Peshawar, KPK, invites electronic bids from reputed firms and suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue as active taxpayers for the supply of feed mill ingredients and animals feed stuff during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers wheat straw, silage, green fodder, Rhode grass, and sugar beet pulp under Rule 37(A) of KPPRA regulations. The estimated budget commitment for feed ingredients is 0.2 million rupees, while the budget for animals feed stuff is 1 million rupees. Registration with KPPRA is not mandatory for goods. The tender follows a single stage, single envelope procedure and is open to all eligible suppliers.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for GST and income tax purposes. Bidding documents with complete specifications and terms and conditions are available for download from the EPADS procurement portal, KPPRA website, and the official tender portal. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 21 July 2026 at 11:00 am at the office of the Director in Peshawar to allow bidders to clarify queries and review documents thoroughly.
Bids must be uploaded electronically on EPADS and CDR in original format, reaching the office before the closing time of 10:00 am on 29 July 2026. Technical bid opening will occur on the same day at 10:00 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The approved rates shall remain effective until 30 June 2027. Successful bidders will sign agreements on judicial stamp paper with the Station Director. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under clause 47 of KPPRA rules 2014. Cheques and demand drafts must be made in the name of the Station Director, Livestock Research & Development Station Surezai, Peshawar.
