The Executive Engineer Highways Division Jacobabad invites sealed bids for the construction of tuff paver roads at multiple villages in Taluka Thul, District Jacobabad, Sindh. The project encompasses construction work at Village Shafi Muhammad Brohi, Noor Muhammad Brohi, Village Muhammad Iqbal Kandrani, Village Zohaib Khan Kandrani, Ali Khan Buriro, and Village Yasir Ali Buriro. The estimated project cost is Rs. 60,000,000 with a contract completion period of 24 months. This is a large-scale procurement under SPPRA Rules 2022 for contracts valued from Rs. 50 lakh to no limit, involving earthwork, sand supply, cement concrete, murrum laying, and cement paving block installation as per composite schedule of rates.
Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 3,000,000 (5% of estimated cost) and a total security deposit of Rs. 6,000,000 (10% of estimated cost). Contractors must be registered with relevant authorities and comply with income tax and other applicable taxes under Government of Pakistan and Sindh rules. The bid validity period is 90 days from the submission date. Liquid damages will be applied at 0.05% of estimated cost or bid cost per day of delay as per SPPRA Rules 2022.
Tender documents are available from the office of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division, P.S Civil Line road Behind Circuit House Jacobabad, during working hours from July 30, 2026 (first attempt) or August 13, 2026 (second attempt). Sealed bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on the respective deadline dates. Bid security receipt and opening will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned.
