Six-village tuff paver road construction in rural Jacobabad totaling Rs 60 crore over 24 months.
Work includes earthwork, murrum, cement concrete, and paver block installation across dispersed locations—logistically demanding for material supply and labour mobilization. Large federal contract under SPPRA with extended timeline suggests predictable cash flow but requires sustained site presence. Liquid damages at 0.05% daily create moderate financial exposure on delays.
Who can bid: Bidder must hold PEC registration (category/grade not specified—typically C or above for Rs 60cr work). NTN and active tax registration required. Compliance with federal and Sindh tax rules mandatory. Registration with relevant highways/local authorities typical. No explicit bidder turnover minimum stated.
