Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad invites electronic bids from firms and contractors duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Upgrade of NDMA Warehouses. The project scope encompasses the upgrade and enhancement of NDMA warehouse facilities at the site location in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. The successful contractor shall be responsible for ensuring after-sales service facility for the delivered and installed systems at the warehouse site. All bidding firms must be listed in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered on ePADS 2.0 portal.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be duly registered with PEC, maintain active taxpayer status with FBR, and be properly enrolled on ePADS 2.0. Each bid must be accompanied by appropriate bid security in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee as specified in the bid data sheet. The original bid security documents along with hard copies of all bidding documents must be physically delivered to NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad on or before the closing deadline.
Interested bidders must register and submit their bids online through https://pa.epads.gov.pk/ on or before 1100 hours on 27th July 2026 (Monday). Electronic bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad.
