For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

World Bank-funded renovation works under KP tourism infrastructure project.
Small works RFQ suggests contract value likely under PKR 5 million; single-envelope process indicates simplified evaluation. Notable: 22-day bid window (July 8–30) is compressed for document preparation. One-off project activity rather than recurring. Bidders should verify World Bank blacklist status and ensure English-language submissions; international competition likely given WB funding.
Who can bid: World Bank procurement standards apply. Typically requires NTN and SECP registration for Pakistani firms; PEC category (B or higher) likely for construction works, though not explicitly stated. No domestic preference restriction evident. International bidders also eligible. Blacklist status and prior performance record expected to be evaluated.
