For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

World Bank-funded provincial water and agricultural infrastructure renovation across Sindh.

Scope appears substantial—multiple civil works packages enhancing water utilization and farm productivity systems. This is a flagship transformation project (SWAT), suggesting strategic importance and extended implementation. Tight deadline (July 2026) and World Bank compliance requirements elevate complexity; likely to favor experienced water-sector contractors with proven large-project delivery in Pakistan.

Who can bid: Registered contractors with relevant civil works and water infrastructure experience required. Typically must hold valid NTN, SECP registration, and appropriate PEC category (likely A or B for substantial civil works). World Bank guidelines mandate financial capacity proof and similar past project evidence. Experience in water sector projects preferred.
