Description / Scope of Work
The office of AGE (Air) Murid invites sealed tenders for multiple military engineering works in Punjab under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. This comprehensive tender covers 31 distinct work packages with an approximate estimated cost of Rs 0.655 million to Rs 1.999 million per package, including operation requirements for provisioning stable power and platform for MP TACAN at PAF, technical contracts for repair and maintenance of RO filtration plants, electrical works across multiple zones (A, B, C, D), B&R (Buildings and Repairs) art works, design-consultancy services for periodical surveys, water supply, POL and sui gas installations, and repair or replacement of centrifugal, submersible and pumping sets with fittings and fixtures. All works are located at PAF facilities in Punjab.
Eligibility requirements mandate that all contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category E and possess relevant experience in similar type of works. Contractors must submit complete credentials as per Serial B requirements and provide certificates confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments or have outstanding special reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Contractors must be on the approved MES list and demonstrate suitable past performance in comparable projects executed during the last two years.
Applications for tender documents must be submitted by 27 July 2026 at 1130 hours to the accepting officer, with tender opening scheduled for 1200 hours on the same date. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors meeting qualification criteria. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA Rules.
