Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) invites sealed bids for the upgradation of NDMA warehouses on a national competitive basis using the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. This works contract encompasses comprehensive warehouse upgradation services to enhance NDMA's disaster management infrastructure and storage capacity across its facilities. The project is located at NDMA offices near ITP, Main Murree Road, Islamabad Capital Territory, Federal province. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in accordance with the Standard Bidding Document provided, which details all technical specifications, scope of work, and contractual terms governing the execution of the warehouse upgradation project.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to demonstrate relevant past construction experience, financial resources, and capacity to execute the project. Contractors must provide documented evidence of completed contracts, current financial standing, and key personnel schedules. A bid securing declaration in the prescribed format must accompany each bid submission. Bidders are also required to sign an Integrity Pact and provide a Performance Guarantee Form as per contract conditions. All procurement documents, including the Bill of Quantities and technical specifications, must be reviewed thoroughly before bid preparation.

Sealed bids comprising technical and financial envelopes must be submitted on or before 27 July 2026 to the Director, NDMA. Bid opening will be conducted as per the schedule outlined in the Bid Data Sheet.
