Description / Scope of Work
The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) invites sealed bids for the supply of drinking mineral and bottled water at its Sukkur office location. This procurement is conducted under the Public Procurement Rules and requires qualified suppliers to provide continuous water supply services to meet the operational requirements of the banking services facility in Sukkur, Sindh province. The scope includes delivery and supply management of drinking water throughout the contract period, with detailed technical specifications and schedule of requirements provided in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers of bottled and mineral drinking water with valid business licenses and relevant regulatory compliance certificates. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the Bid Data Sheet along with their technical and financial proposals. All participating suppliers must comply with Public Procurement Rules and provide an Integrity Pact as mandated by the procurement authority. Preference may be given to local suppliers meeting the qualification criteria.
