Description / Scope of Work
The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan invites sealed electronic bids from reputable firms and contractors registered on the Active Taxpaying List with the Income Tax and GST Department, having a representative office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, for repair and maintenance of split air conditioning units and other electronic equipment installed in HEC premises H-8 and H-9, Islamabad. This is an annual contract for the period 2026-2027 with a tender reference number P50252. The procurement is being conducted on a least cost-based method as per PPRA Rule 36(a) under a single-stage single-envelope basis. The estimated bid security amount is Rs. 200,000 in the form of pay order or bank draft payable to the Director General (Finance), HEC, as per specifications detailed in the e-bidding document.
Eligibility requirements mandate that interested bidders must be registered firms or contractors with relevant experience in split AC and electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
