Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair (AOM&R) services for all office, residential and other buildings located in Mansehra district for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 8.000 million with a completion period as per the work order. This tender is being floated under the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 10 May 2022, using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the EPAD electronic bidding system. The scope covers maintenance and repair services for various categories of government buildings within the Mansehra region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Bidders must be duly registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and hold valid NTN/Income Tax certificates. A tender fee of Rs. 4,000 (non-refundable) is required as a separate deposit along with earnest money. Bid security shall be submitted in the form and amount stipulated in the bidding documents, with additional security requirements for bids exceeding 10 percent below the Engineer's Estimate. All bidders must possess valid KPPRA registration, C&W Department registration card, and current PEC registration along with evidence of general capabilities, financial soundness and relevant experience.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPAD system and KPPRA website; clarification may also be obtained from the Procuring Entity office during office working hours up to 11 June 2026. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 21 July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Building Division, Mansehra. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPAD system by 28 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening of financial bids scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Building Division, Mansehra.
