Procurement Scope & SpecificationsThe tender invites registered firms, auto workshop owners, hotel/catering providers, and stationery shopkeepers for the following requirements: Event Logistics & Catering: Supply of cooked food, vehicle rentals, and arrangements for special events/deployments including Muharram-ul-Haram, Eid festivals, public rallies/gatherings, sports events, and elections. Office & Station Essentials: Various stationery items and furniture/fixtures. Fleet Repair & Maintenance: Comprehensive repair and overhaul of heavy/light official vehicles assigned to police stations, Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs), and motorcycles. This includes mechanical spare parts, complete engine overhauls, batteries, multiple types of tires/tubes, and denting/painting services.
