Multi-package AM&R procurement for irrigation canal infrastructure across six sections (Head, Zaida, Tail, Jaggan Nath, Jalbai, Toru) plus drainage flood protection works and separate electrical/mechanical contracts for tube wells.
Cumulative scale moderate (Rs 2 million+ per component), but fragmented across multiple sub-divisions and work types suggests contractor must manage logistics across dispersed sites. Notable: ePADS-only submission with tight 5-day turnaround (notice to pre-bid), 90-day bid validity, and mandatory 28-day contract execution window indicate KP Irrigation's operational urgency. Recurring annual maintenance framework (FY 2026-27 designation) likely to continue—suitable for established contractors with KP canal experience and PEC credentials.
Who can bid: PEC registration (relevant codes for irrigation civil works) mandatory; KPRA and FBR registration/active status essential; KP Government enlishment certificate required; current PEC license for FY 2026-27 non-negotiable. Typically, NTN, sales tax registration, and active tax compliance also required. Only registered contractors meeting provincial and federal criteria eligible.
