Portfolio of 68 fragmented irrigation and flood defence sub-works across seven KP districts (Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, D.I.
Khan), totalling ~PKR 20M with individual lots ranging PKR 0.56–20M. Mix of walls, check dams, channels, storage and drainage suggests capability in small-to-medium rural hydraulic works. Staggered submission deadlines (28 July–6 August 2026) imply parallel execution across dispersed sites; tight timeline and multi-tranche bidding structure favours established firms with mobilisation capacity and PEC C-6+ credentials in multiple union councils.
Who can bid: PEC registration category C-6 or above, specialization CE-04 Full/CE-04(v)/CE-04(ii) required. Registration must be renewed for FY 2025–26 or 2026–27. Bidding through E-PAD (electronic) mandatory. Earnest money 2% of estimated cost per work package. Typically, NTN and SECP registration also required for corporate entities; sole proprietors need NTN and valid CNIC.
