Description / Scope of Work
KP-TEVTA invites electronic bids from well-reputed and eligible engineering firms for the refurbishment of residencies and hostel buildings across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Two developmental works are advertised under this single-stage single-envelope tender on ePADS: the refurbishment of residencies and hostel building with separate entrance for women at GTVC (B) Tank for establishment of GTVC (W), estimated at PKR 8.0 million; and the refurbishment of residencies and hostel building with separate entrance for women at Government Polytechnic Institute GPI (B) Ekhachund District Muhmmand for establishment of Skill Development Centre (W), estimated at PKR 7.032 million. Both projects involve construction and building enhancement work in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bidders must be registered and active on ePADS, KPRA, and PEC in the C-6 or above category. Earnest money of 2 percent of estimated cost is required, along with bid security details including bank name and CDR number(s). All applicable government notifications regarding taxes, procurement rules, and KPPRA policies apply. Bid security of the three lowest bidders shall be retained as per rules.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the KP-TEVTA website (www.kptevta.gov.pk) and ePADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). A non-refundable tender document fee of PKR 3,000 must be deposited at BoK, KTH Branch, Peshawar, A/C Title: MD KP-TEVTA, A/C No. 3004607348. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19 July 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids must be submitted by 29 July 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
