Five discrete drinking water supply schemes totalling Rs 18.9M across Mohmand District—mix of new construction and rehabilitation with mandatory solar integration.
Projects range Rs 1.67–6.92M individually, suggesting work for mid-tier contractors or consortia. Solar requirement adds technical complexity beyond standard gravity schemes. Tight same-day bid closure and opening (12 PM–2 PM) leaves minimal buffer; long lead time to July 2026 mitigates risk. One-off AIP allocation rather than recurring framework.
Who can bid: Must be registered with KPPRA and maintain active tax status (NTN implied). No explicit PEC category stated; typically construction contractors require PEC Grade III minimum for schemes of this value under KP regulations. SECP/FBR registration likely required. Bidders quoting >10% below engineer estimate face additional 8% bid security penalty.
