Description / Scope of Work
Public Health Engineering Division Mohmand, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids from eligible firms and contractors for construction, solarization and rehabilitation of drinking water supply schemes (DWSS) in District Mohmand under the Annual Investment Programme (AIP). The tender covers five schemes across two project heads: DWSS Sheikh Baba Safi (estimated cost Rs 6,916,000), DWSS Habibzai (Rs 1,691,888), DWSS Sro Kallay Aman Tabar (Rs 3,209,000), DWSS Spenkay Tangay (Rs 5,442,000), and DWSS Ghair Dhund (Rs 1,668,553). The total estimated project value exceeds Rs 18.9 million, with works including new construction and rehabilitation of gravity-based water supply schemes in Mohmand District.
All bidders must be registered and maintain active tax status with KPPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority). Earnest money of 2 percent of the engineer estimate must be submitted in the form of a call deposit in an original sealed envelope. A non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03 percent on the estimated cost as a CDR must accompany the earnest money. Contractors quoting bids more than 10 percent below the engineer's estimate shall submit additional bid security equal to 8 percent of the bid cost. All bidders must comply with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 and relevant S.R.O regulations.
Bidding documents and detailed instructions are available for download from the PHE website www.ebidding.phedkp.gov.pk up to one day prior to the opening date. Tender submission closes on 27 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 2:00 PM. Bids must be submitted through courier in sealed envelopes. Bidders providing incorrect information will be disqualified and debarred. All other Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa bidding and tendering rules remain applicable.
