The District Council Tando Muhammad Khan invites sealed cover tenders for the construction of paver block streets at Lashari Mohalla City Nazarpur UC Nazarpur and Jamali Stop Dars Mohalla Rajo Nizamani UC Rajo Nizamani in District Tando Muhammad Khan, Sindh. The estimated cost of this development work is Rs. 2.9995 million with a completion period of twelve months. This procurement follows SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) and is open to all interested contractors and firms with adequate experience in relevant construction fields. The work scope encompasses paver block street development in specified urban centres of the district, representing a significant infrastructure investment for the local community.
Prospective bidders must possess valid Tax Payer List (ATL) status with FBR and SRB, maintain financial soundness evidenced by audited financials from the last three years, and provide comprehensive technical documentation including equipment details, relevant project experience, and professional certifications. Bid security amounting to five percent of the quoted bid value must be submitted in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled Pakistani bank. Bidders must furnish undertakings on e-stamp paper confirming absence of litigation, blacklisting, work rescission, and penalty involvement. All documents must be genuine and properly attested.
Bidding documents costing Rs. 1500 (non-refundable) are available for purchase from the Engineering Branch of District Council Tando Muhammad Khan during office hours 09:30 AM to 4:00 PM or through ePADS portal using online payment. Tender submission closes on 27 July 2026 at 09:30 AM with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day at the office of the Chief Officer, District Complex, Main Hyderabad Badin Road. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS); hard copy bid security and tender fee instruments must be delivered separately.
