Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS hard copy in a simple stage two envelopes format from experienced and financially sound firms for the installation and solarization of parking sheds at NUMS-NIASR located on Abid Majeed Road, Rawalpindi, Punjab. The tender reference is NIC-Procurement-20226. Interested bidders must have a minimum of fifty years of relevant experience in such work. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and maintain an active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. The scope of work includes detailed specifications and items as provided in the bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately, with technical proposals opened and evaluated first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders at a later stage. Bidders are required to provide bid security equivalent to two percent of the total bid value, submitted as a Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favor of NUMS. A scanned copy of the security must be submitted with the original document. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon submission of a Pay Order drawn on demand in favor of NUMS. The final date for bid submission is Thursday, twenty-third July twenty twenty-six by ten hundred hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at fourteen hundred hours in the Conference Room at NUMS (ATI), Adiyala Head, opposite APS Humayun Road, Rawalpindi, in the presence of participating bidders and their authorized representatives. Late, incomplete, or bids submitted through email or fax will not be entertained. The bidding process is conducted through PPRA E-PADS portal for interested bidders. NUMS reserves the right to increase or decrease the scope of work or quantities as per requirement and to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the tendering process in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
