Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for renovation and construction work at the Sarwar Wali Branch in DG Khan, Punjab. This single-stage, two-envelope bidding process is conducted in accordance with PPRA rules. The estimated project cost is Rs. 298,253 with a scope covering all renovation work as detailed in the tender documents. The project location is the Sarwar Wali Branch in DG Khan, Punjab, and bidders must complete all work within 45 days of receiving the purchase order.
Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 5,965.06) through 1-links or Bank Guarantee digitally via PSID Number in favor of The Bank of Punjab. All bidders are required to obtain proper licenses and qualifications for construction and renovation work. Bids must be submitted in Pak Rupees only and must include all applicable taxes such as GST and Income Tax. The bid shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System only, with the deadline for submission on 28.07.2026 by 11:00 am, and technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 am.
