Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for a service agreement covering third-party inspection and testing of lifting and measuring tools. This non-consultancy services contract is planned for financial year 2026-27 and carries the procurement reference P94000. The scope encompasses quality assurance and compliance verification services for lifting equipment and measuring instruments used across SSGC operations in Sindh province. Bidders must be eligible and registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform to participate.
The procurement follows Open Competitive Bidding methodology using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration as prescribed in the bidding document. Bidders should carefully review the General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions of Contract, and detailed service specifications before preparing their proposal.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted.
