Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for renovation and construction work at the Bank of Punjab DHA Rehber branch in Lahore, Punjab. The project is referenced as ABEP-2026 with an estimated cost of Rs. 300,880 and must be completed within 45 days of issuance of the work order. The scope includes complete renovation work as detailed in the technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. This single-stage, two-envelope bidding process is open to contractors registered and qualified to undertake building renovation projects.
Bidders must submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 6,017.60) through 1-link or Bank Guarantee digitally via generated PSID Number by 28 July 2026 at 11:00 am. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in renovation and construction works. All bid prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable taxes such as GST and income tax; bids submitted without taxes shall be rejected. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date. Bidders must comply fully with all specifications and terms and conditions; alternative bids will not be considered.
Bid documents may be obtained free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System only by 28 July 2026 at 11:00 am, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 am.
