Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for renovation work at its Canal Road branch in Faisalabad, Punjab. The project is referenced as ABEP-2026 with an estimated cost of Rs. 298,836. This renovation contract is being procured through the Centralized Procurement Department of The Bank of Punjab Head Office in Lahore under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules using a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. The scope includes comprehensive renovation work with technical specifications and warranty support requirements clearly outlined in the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must submit bids in Pakistani Rupees only and comply fully with all specifications and terms and conditions detailed in the bidding documents. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 298,836) must be submitted through 1-Link or Bank Guarantee digitally via a generated PSID Number in favour of The Bank of Punjab on or before the closing deadline. All quoted prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes including GST and Income Tax. The contract shall be valid for 90 days from the bid closing date, and the project completion time is 45 days following issuance of the work order.
Bid documents may be obtained free of cost from the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must upload and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System only until 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM.
