For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Bank of Punjab seeks a renovation contractor for a single branch facility in Faisalabad under PPRA rules.
The estimated value of Rs. 298,836 signals a small, localized project with modest scope—likely cosmetic and functional upgrades rather than structural work. The 45-day execution timeline post-award is compressed; contractors should verify site access and material availability before bidding. This appears non-recurring; the standardized PPRA process and digital submission requirement suggest formal procurement discipline.
Who can bid: Typically, construction/renovation contractors must hold valid PEC registration (likely Category G or below given project scale), active NTN, and SECP registration if applicable. The notice specifies Pakistani Rupee bidding only and compliance with PPRA rules. Specific PEC category or prior experience thresholds are not stated; verify with Bank of Punjab procurement directly.
