The Punjab Thalassaemia and Other Genetic Disorders Prevention and Research Institute (PTGD) invites bids for a framework contract for the placement of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) reagents on a reagent rental basis, including consumables and controls for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers the supply and rental arrangement of specialized HPLC reagents and associated consumables required for the institute's laboratory operations in Punjab. The framework contract will establish terms and conditions for ongoing supply of these critical laboratory materials throughout the specified financial year, with provisions for timely delivery and quality assurance.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers authorized to supply HPLC reagents and laboratory consumables meeting international quality standards. Bidders are required to submit technical specifications demonstrating compliance with bid requirements, proof of authorization from manufacturers or authorized distributors, and valid business registration. A bid security will be required from all participating bidders as specified in the bid data sheet.
