Karachi Port Trust, a gateway authority for Pakistan, invites prequalification applications from tertiary care hospitals seeking enrollment on its approved medical service provider panel. Eligible tertiary care hospitals must possess valid operational licenses, demonstrated capacity in emergency and specialized medical services, and proven financial stability. Bidders are required to submit complete documentation including hospital registration certificates, medical staff credentials, infrastructure details, quality certifications, and evidence of previous experience in corporate healthcare delivery. Bid security is mandated at one percent of the estimated annual service value, payable through KPT's designated banking channels. Bid documents are available for download from the ePADS portal (version 2.0) on or after 28-08-2026 at 1100 hours. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 04-09-2026 at 1100 hours at the office of CMO-II, KPT Head Office, Karachi. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS by 27-08-2026 at 1930 hours.
