Description / Scope of Work
The Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Bostan Lines Malir Cantonment, invites competitive bids for the supply and fixing of integrated three-in-one off-grid LED lighting systems with poles at Malir Cantonment in Sindh province. The procurement includes seven street light poles (6 meters long, galvanized, conical design with J-bolt sets, double arms, and base plates) and fifteen complete integrated three-in-one off-grid LED lighting units. The lighting units must meet minimum specifications including 90 watts power consumption, 160 lumens per watt efficiency, over 12 hours backup capacity, intelligent control systems, and aluminum construction. All installation, testing, and commissioning work is to be completed at Garrison Graveyard with foundation works comprising 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 at specified depth. Eligibility criteria require suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers, and authorized dealers to submit bids with all taxes inclusive in Pakistani Rupees. Bidders must submit the tender form (costing Rs. 1,000 paid via receipt), firm details including name of owner and CNIC number, firm address, and contact telephone numbers. Bid security of 5 percent of the total bid price in millions of rupees must be provided. All terms and conditions as per PPRA Invitation to Bid and Instructions to Bidders guidelines must be accepted and adhered to by participating bidders.
The tender opening date and time is scheduled for 12:30 noon on the specified closing date. Interested bidders must obtain bid documents and submit their sealed bids before the deadline.
