Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 800 LED tube rods (4 feet length) at multiple National Vehicle Regulatory Offices (NVROs) across the Gujranwala Division in Sindh province. The scope includes removal of existing tube rods, installation of new Philips or equivalent approved LED tube rods in various fixtures and locations including canopy fascia, logo areas, blue bars, spreaders, tower logos and product plates, with all work to be executed according to PSO drawings DWG S-004, DWG-RC-047, DWG RC-022 and DWG RC 0-23. The contractor must provide internal wiring (3/0.29 specification) and framework wherever required, ensure third-party certified scaffolding from PEC registered certifiers, and handle all labour and associated costs.
LED tube rods must meet specifications including plastic body, 1200 mm minimum body thickness, LED diode type, 1600 lumens or above intensity, 10.5W to 16W maximum power rating, white colour (5000K-6000K), colour rendering index of 70 or above, minimum 15000 hours lifespan, minimum 2000 Lux average level, and operating temperature range of 10°C to 60°C.
