Pakistan Railways Peshawar Division invites electronic bids for four civil works projects under Single Stage Two Envelope and Single Stage Single Envelope procedures. The projects include up-gradation and raising of the passenger platform at Chabb Railway Station on the Kundian-Attock City section valued at Rs. 10,111,517 with a six-month completion period; special repair to the gents waiting room and washroom at Nowshera Railway station estimated at Rs. 1,000,000 to be completed in three months; special repair to Bridge No. 290-A at Km. 328/12-13 with chemical treatment between Daudkhel-Kundian section valued at Rs. 3,259,791 for three months; and up-gradation and improvement of Uchri Railway Station Platform on Kundian-Attock City section estimated at Rs. 18,088,190 with a six-month timeline. These projects are located across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on various sections of the railway network.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with current renewal of registration for financial year 2025-26 in the specialized code, registered with the Income Tax department, and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The firm name on the Crossed Demand Receipt is mandatory. Earnest money deposits are required ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 904,410 depending on the project. All bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System version 2.0 with price bids accompanied by scanned copies of bid security in the form of CDR or pay order made to the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar.
Tender documents are available from https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must upload tenders on E-PADS v2.0 at 11:00 hours or before on 05 August 2026, with original bid security and supporting documents submitted to the Works Accounts Branch by 11:30 hours the same day. Financial bids for S/No. 01 will be opened at 11:30 hours in the Divisional Accounts Officer's chamber in the presence of firm representatives, while financial bids for S/No. 04 will be opened only after technical evaluation.
