Cantonment Board Wah invites electronic bids through the EPADS 2.0 portal for original work and annual maintenance or repair works during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers six major work packages including replacement of submersible pump and moter with complete set at 07 tubewells in Cantt area with estimated cost of Rs. 21.206 million, annual repairs and maintenance of Cantt Fund buildings at Rs. 15 million, annual repair and maintenance of roads including PCC street, plant carpet using JMF road and manual carpet at Rs. 40 million, annual repair and maintenance of drains and sewerage lines at Rs. 35 million, annual repair and maintenance of water supply lines covering P.E pipes, G.I pipes and tube wells at Rs. 8 million, and annual repair and maintenance of miscellaneous public parks and improvements at Rs. 25 million. The works are located in Wah Cantonment, Punjab province.
Contractors must possess valid NTN number and active registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. They should be on the Active Tax Papers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA portal on EPADS 2.0 version. Earnest money of 2 percent of estimated cost is required, with bidding fees ranging from Rs. 2500 to Rs. 4500 depending on the work. Physical bid security and tender fee must also be deposited at the Cantonment Board Wah office on the same day before the cutoff time.
The cutoff time for online bid submission is 1200 hours on 06 August 2026, with electronic opening scheduled at 1400 hours the same day on the EPADS 2.0 portal.
