Major irrigation infrastructure contract for Waggado Dam in upper Dera Bugti.
At 186M PKR, this is a significant provincial project requiring demonstrated experience in dam construction and hydraulic structures. Single-stage bidding with tight timeline (bid closing July 2026) suggests a mature project with procurement already planned. The minimum turnover requirement equal to project cost indicates BPPRA expects only established contractors; smaller firms cannot partner as lead bidders here.
Who can bid: PEC C-3 category minimum with specialized dam/structures codes (CEAdi) required. Prior completion of similar-scale irrigation works mandatory. NTN and BPPRA registration essential. Typically, bidders need valid tax registration, audited financial statements, and equipment certificates. Green Chalan from NBP is procurement-specific requirement.
