Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA) under the Government of Punjab invites sealed and experienced bids from well-reputed vendors for the provision of Human Resource (HR) Outsourcing Services under a Framework Contract in accordance with Rule 15 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 2038.54 million with a bid security of PKR 41.00 million. The scope of work encompasses complete HR outsourcing services delivery as per the tender specifications and framework agreement terms. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) to ensure transparency and competitive bidding practices.
