Multiple Development Works and Supplies Tender by District Council Sujawal

District Council Sujawal invites sealed tenders from interested contractors, firms, and companies for the execution of fifteen development schemes and supply of goods under National Competitive Bidding using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The projects include construction and repair of bridges in villages including Mitho Samejo, Muhammad Uris Jat, and Faiz Muhammad Dhandal; provision and fixing of paver blocks in multiple locations across Taluka Jati, Taluka Shah Bunder, and other areas; rehabilitation facilities for differently abled children at Moriro Markaz; provision of sewing machines to poor females and laptops to eligible undergraduate and postgraduate students; provision of furniture and solar system installation at government schools; and provision and fixing of hand pumps in various villages of District Sujawal, Sindh. The total estimated cost of all schemes ranges from 2.0 million to 20.0 million Pakistani rupees, with an aggregate value exceeding 138 million rupees.

Bidders must possess a minimum of three years' experience in the relevant field and provide documentary evidence of financial position through bank statements or audited accounts of the last two years, demonstrating annual turnover equal to or twice the estimated project cost. Mandatory registration with Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax, registration with Sindh Revenue Board for sales tax in case of procurement, and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council are required. Bid security is mandatory as per cost mentioned in the tender. Bids must be signed, named, and stamped by authorized persons with authorization letters. All bids must be accompanied by the tender fee as specified.

Bidding documents may be collected from the District Council Sujawal office on payment of tender fee via pay order or bank deposit, or downloaded from the SPPRA website from 23 July 2026 to 27 July 2026 during office hours. Sealed bids with bid security will be received until 28 July 2026 at 02:00 PM and opened at 03:00 PM the same day in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives. In case of holiday or unforeseen circumstances, bids shall be received and opened on the next working day. Conditional or telegraphic tenders will not be accepted.
