Description / Scope of Work
The Roads Division-1 of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the improvement and rehabilitation of the approach road to IT Park from Kuri Road to Zong HQ in Islamabad. This civil works project is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for the contract execution. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The project scope encompasses road rehabilitation and improvement works at the specified location in Islamabad's Federal Territory.
All bidders must be eligible and registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or an alternative bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The evaluation will be conducted based on technical and financial criteria outlined in the detailed bidding documentation available on the EPADS portal.
