Description / Scope of Work
The Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi, located in District Malir, Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed cover tenders for the provision and laying of a sewerage line from Dar-ul-Uloom Subhania Raheemia to Al-Qadri Mohalla, Yousuf Arfani Goth, UC-01 Chowkundi. This development work is estimated at Rs. 1,206,000 with a completion period of three months. The tender is issued in accordance with SPPRA Rule 2010 (17-i) and is open to all eligible contractors and firms with adequate experience in relevant sewerage and infrastructure works. The work is situated near the Benazir Elite Police Training Center, Razzakabad, Karachi.
Bidders must meet strict eligibility and qualification criteria including valid PEC registration in the relevant field, NTN certificate, Sindh revenue board registration, and a minimum of five years relevant experience. Contractors must possess valid professional tax certificates and electrical or mechanical licenses as applicable from the Inspector of Electrical License Sindh. A bid security of five percent of the estimated cost in the form of a pay order or bank draft is mandatory and must accompany the tender submission. Bidders must furnish documentary proof of machinery and equipment ownership, an undertaking on stamp paper regarding litigation status, and affidavits confirming that all furnished information is true and correct.
Bidding documents are available for download from the SPPRA ePADS website (https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk) from 13 July 2026 to 27 July 2026 during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,500 through pay order to Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi. Sealed tenders will be received until 27 July 2026 at 2:00 PM at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi, Main National Highway Road near Benazir Elite Police Training Center, Razzakabad, Karachi. Bids will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM in the presence of attending contractors. In case of holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be deemed as the submission and opening date.
