Security Surveillance and Transport Services for Religious & National Events FY 2026-27

The Office of Deputy Commissioner, Kot Addu invites electronic bids from registered firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the provision of security surveillance services and hiring of transport services for religious and national events during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is divided into four lots with a total estimated value of PKR 10,000,000: Lot 1 covers hiring of security surveillance services for religious and national events (PKR 3,500,000), Lot 2 covers hiring of vehicles and transport services on rental basis (PKR 3,000,000), Lot 3 covers event management and security support services (PKR 1,500,000), and Lot 4 covers hiring of outdoor SMD LED screens on rental basis (PKR 2,000,000). Services will be provided across all Tehsils of District Kot Addu in Punjab province.

Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and eligible as per procurement rules. A bid security equivalent to 5.0% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System. Bidders are required to provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. The bidding shall be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using single stage two envelope methodology in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).

Electronic bids must be submitted by 27th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, WAPDA Colony, Kot Addu.
