Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), located in Islamabad, invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms for a Three Years Open Framework Agreement to provide Event Management Services. This is a competitive procurement process conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. PIDE is seeking professional event management service providers with offices or setups in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to support the institute's event planning and execution requirements over the three-year contract period. Eligible firms must be registered with the sales tax department and possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN). Bidders are required to submit a refundable Bid Security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt made payable to PIDE, Islamabad. Firms must also provide evidence of previous work completion certificates and reputation in the event management field, along with an undertaking confirming they have not been blacklisted by any organization or establishment. All participating vendors must have genuine experience and proven capability in delivering professional event management services.
Technical proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before July 21, 2026 by 11:00 hours at the office of PIDE. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of vendors and the Chairman Purchase Committee.
