The Human Rights & Minority Affairs Department, Government of Punjab, is inviting bids for the procurement of services for hiring an event management firm to organize and execute the Minority Day Event in fiscal year 2026-27. This is a non-consultant services procurement aimed at engaging a qualified and experienced event management firm capable of planning, coordinating, and delivering a professional event. The department is located at House No. 24, Block C 2, Gulberg III, Lahore, Punjab, and seeks service providers with demonstrated expertise in large-scale event organization, vendor management, logistics coordination, and on-ground execution. The project scope includes all aspects of event management from conceptualization through post-event reporting.
Eligible bidders must be registered service providers with relevant experience in event management and organization of similar scale events. Bidders should possess valid business registration, tax identification, and professional credentials as required under Pakistani procurement regulations. A bid security in the form of earnest money deposit or bank guarantee is mandatory as specified in the bid data sheet. All bidding must comply with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and the specific conditions outlined in the tender document.
