Description / Scope of Work
The District Police Officer, Vehari, Punjab invites sealed tenders through Punjab E-Procurement System (PEPS) for multiple frame work contracts across seven lots. The procurement covers purchase and repair of office items, hot and cold stores, road safety equipment, diesel, petrol and lubricants, DG charges, stationery and computer supplies, furniture and fixtures, machinery and transport equipment, and building office repairs. The total estimated value spans multiple lots ranging from 1.554 million to 4.893 million rupees for the financial year 2026-27. This comprehensive procurement exercise aims to support police operational requirements across Vehari district with a total tender value of approximately 24.645 million rupees covering all seven classified lots.
Bidders must be individually or jointly registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess necessary business licenses. Bid security of 2.5 percent of the estimated tender cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favor of the District Police Officer, Vehari. The financially qualified lowest bidder will be accepted. Bidders are required to bring their item samples at the time of tender opening, and the tender opening shall be held at the office of the undersigned. All bids shall comprise a single sealed package containing the financial proposal with proof of online submission through the PEPS system.

All tenders must be submitted online on or before 12:00 PM on July 28, 2026 through the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
