Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Semi Imported Elevators by DHA Karachi

DHA Karachi invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax Act for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of four semi-imported elevators with accessories and cabin at DHA Mall, Khayaban-e-Bukhari, Phase-VI DHA Karachi on a turn-key basis. The tender is open to all eligible manufacturers and suppliers meeting the prescribed qualification criteria. This procurement is valued at PKR 5,000 as the tender fee (non-refundable) and seeks to enhance vertical transportation infrastructure within the DHA Karachi development authority in Sindh province.

Bidders must be registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Act to participate in this competitive procurement process. The bidding documents, including technical specifications and financial proposal requirements, can be obtained from the office of the Procurement Directorate at DHA Head office upon submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed bid documents fee via pay order made in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted at the undersigned office on or before 22 July 2026 by 1030 hours. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same date at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. The tender notice is issued by the Executive Director Procurement, Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, 2/B East Street, Phase-I, DHA Karachi-75500. DHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations, and tenders received after the deadline will not be entertained.
