Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority invites electronic bids from original manufacturers and authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the upgradation, repair, and maintenance of lifts installed in PTA's Head Quarters Building located in Islamabad, Federal region. The tender document reference PTA/CW/2026/1 contains detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements for eligible bidders. The bid security amount is fixed at Rs 55,000 in the form of a Payorder or Demand Draft made payable to PTA and must be submitted in original before the bid closing deadline. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and hold appropriate credentials from the original lift manufacturers or be authorized distributors.
Eligibility is restricted to original manufacturers and authorized distributors of lift equipment who possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates. All bidders must submit their bids electronically through the EPADS 2.0 portal available at https://epads.gov.pk in compliance with regulatory requirements. The bid security of Rs 55,000 must accompany each submission. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM; manual bids will not be accepted. Opening of electronic bids will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM.
Detailed bidding documents are available for registered bidders on the EPADS 2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted using EPADS 2.0 before the deadline. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted as per Rule 48 of PPRA rules and is available for resolution of disputes.
