HR Outsourcing Services for Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority

The Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids from well-reputed and experienced firms and companies for the provision of Human Resource (HR) Outsourcing Services for PSBA under a Framework Contract in accordance with Rule 15 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The contract scope encompasses HR outsourcing services with an estimated cost of PKR 2038.54 million and a bid security requirement of PKR 41.00 million. The procurement is for the Punjab province and will be executed through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).

Prospective bidders must be duly registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. The procurement shall be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended from time to time) using the Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure. Technical and Financial Separate Bids must be submitted online and in full conformity with the tender documents. The bid security requirement is PKR 41.00 million.
