For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
TEVTA seeks an HR services provider for its OEP Project across Punjab—a ~Rs168 million engagement spanning multiple years.
This is a structured government contract requiring embedded HR function delivery (likely payroll, recruitment, compliance management) rather than consulting. The 18-month procurement timeline suggests mature planning. Bidders should note the strict tax registration requirement filters to established, compliant firms; this is not a quick-turnaround project and will involve ongoing institutional interface.
Who can bid: Bidders must be active taxpayers registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department. PEC category not stated; this is HR services procurement, not construction. SECP/CNIC registration typical for services bidders. Bidding is national, open to qualified firms meeting tax compliance thresholds.
