Independent End-to-End Assessment of Contact Centre Operations Consultancy

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited is inviting pre-qualification applications from qualified consulting firms and independent consultants for the provision of consultancy services related to an independent end-to-end assessment of contact centre operations under Tender No. P-39, with project reference P59645. This is a national level consultancy procurement planned for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope evaluation process. The pre-qualification process is designed to identify and select the most capable consulting firms for subsequent participation in the Request for Proposals (RFP) process.
