Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of additives for PSO lubricants blending under tender reference LT-19911-JA. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure and will be conducted entirely through the SAP Ariba Portal. Tender documents will be available from 24 August 2026 to 21 September 2026 during office hours 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM. The scope covers the supply of lubricant additives required for PSO's blending operations, serving the company's lubricants manufacturing and distribution needs across Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be contractors with adequate past relevant experience and demonstrated financial capabilities in lubricant additives supply. A tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- must be deposited in the designated PSO bank account at HBL Plaza Branch, Karachi, prior to document collection. Bid submission through SAP Ariba closes on 21 September 2026 at 02:15 PM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 21 September 2026 at 03:00 PM onwards. Commercial bid opening for technically qualified bidders will be announced separately. Interested parties must submit tender document collection requests via SAP Ariba Portal with scanned copies of duly signed official letterhead requests, valid tax certificates, and proof of tender fee deposit.
